Process

The scope changes. The discipline doesn't.

Every engagement runs through the same five stages, whether it is one workstream or the whole operating stack.

Stage 01

Orientation

What you're trying to do, the deadline that actually matters, and the constraints you're working inside. You leave with a written view of what needs to happen and in what order — whether or not you engage us.

Stage 02

Scope & commercials

Every workstream gets a named owner, a deliverable and a date. Fixed fee where the work is definable, retainer where it's ongoing. Any commission we'd receive is disclosed in the proposal.

Stage 03

Mobilisation

Long-lead items start immediately — incorporation, bank application, property. They set the critical path; everything else sequences behind them. You get a live programme and one person who answers the phone.

Stage 04

Delivery

We run the work and manage the third parties — banks, agents, landlords, contractors, vendors. Decisions that are yours come to you as options with a recommendation, not an open question.

Stage 05

Run or hand over

At the end of a build you choose: we hand it over documented, or we keep running it. Either way you own the accounts, the data and the contracts. Nothing is registered in our name.

Ground rules

How we hold ourselves to it.

01

One person answers the phone

A named lead for the engagement and named owners per workstream, not a rota.

02

Decisions arrive as recommendations

Anything that is yours to decide comes with options and a view, never as an open question.

03

Suppliers are ours to manage

Banks, agents, landlords, contractors and vendors are coordinated by us and held to the programme.

04

You can leave whenever

Everything is registered to your company. Exit is a documented handover, written into the terms.
