This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through this website or by email. HSBG Partners is responsible for them. If you have a question about any of it, write to hello@hsbg.partners.
What we collect
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address and what you write. We don’t ask for anything else.
This site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. Its fonts are served from our own domain. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to set up and deliver that work. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, or on taking steps you’ve asked for before entering a contract. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Where it’s held
Messages sent through the form are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are checked automatically for spam. Netlify may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards for international transfers. Email is held by our email provider.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need to deal with your enquiry. If you become a client, for as long as the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations require. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@hsbg.partners and we’ll respond within the time the law allows. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
